This building is called The Museum of Ancient Orient, and is adjacent to Istanbul Archaeological Museum.

The Sam'al (Sinjerli) Gate lion next to the stairs dates to the late Hittite period around the 8thCentury BCE. the other lion of the pair is on the opposite side of the stairs.

The Hittite lions adjacent to this stair are absolutely out of place.

Similarly with the lions from Göllüdağ at Kayseri museum, beakerseeker. But at least we get to see them.
