Description
The mound today from Wiki Commons: Ditch Fisher. The mound is 25 feet tall and was enclosed by a C-shaped earthen wall some 10 feet high. It was made around AD 300 and the Choctaw (who own the site) say a nearby hill with an opening, called the "Cave," was their place of emergence.
