The magnificent neolithic Cairn de l'île Carn seen from the south-west in June 2022. Dates back to 6200BP. Contains three well preserved passage graves with corbelled roof chambers. The central chamber is locked.

Yes, thank you Martyn, indeed a most impressive site including the beautiful surroundings. I actually had it on my visit list for a very long time.
