She Who Watches, Native American rock art, located on the trail at the end of a ranger-led walk at Columbia Hills Historical State Park near the Columbia River in Central Washington State, U.S. She Who Watches, whose Native American name is Tsagaglalal, is an image created in stone. Unlike most of the rock images found in the region, which are either rock etchings (petroglyphs) or rock paintings (pictographs), She Who Watches is both.
