One of two important rocking stones on Mynydd Llanllawer.  This 9 ton stone used to rock prior to about 1999.  I suggest it was used to make a heartbeat sound into the ground when the area nearby was used for May Day celebrations. Explanation in book by Tom Bennett

Description
