Carn Menyn (Gate Post?)

A well worked block of Preseli Bluestone, (Spotted Dolerite). Seems a very modern working and I walked around for awhile trying to work out the reason for it being sited here. It sits in the vicinity of a heap of smaller bluestones, that almost look like some kind of buried/destroyed structure. But this stone is definitely of a 'modern dressing'.
So I left the site being none the wiser but it was a nice piece of stone in which to listen to the acoustic property of the Bluestone.
