Description
Bautasteiner in Grinde is an Iron Age (300-400 AD) site that has been reconstructed. Only one of the seven stones was in it’s original location when it was registered in 1919. The six others were taken to use in a bridge material and later returned. The memorial was restored in 1952 by Jan Petersen. The eastern stones are possibly in their original location, but it's uncertain if the northern stones are in their original location.

These stones look really enigmatic in the snow - well done for braving the weather! Thanks also for the information. That's really useful.
