Drombohilly Stone Circle

Superb Beara stone circle with the dramatic scenery of Knockatee mountain in the background. The site has unrepeatable location, although it is truly hard to reach. The circle can be seen in the distance from the small Drombohilly route. Stop by the single house, above the small lake, east from the Knockatee. There is the little menhir called Lehid just next the house. The owners of the land has a farm north from the site, ask for the permission there. But the access is better from the west.
