A very strange light effect in Boleigh fogou, I promise the camera was totally still all the way though the shot, As can be seen by the rocks being pretty much in focus in the background, We had a very strange feeling at the time the photo was taken, and was a little taken aback when we saw this photo later.

A very strange light effect in Boleigh fogou, I promise the camera was totally still all the way though the shot, As can be seen by the rocks being pretty much in focus in the background, We had a very strange feeling at the time the photo was taken, and was a little taken aback when we saw this photo later.

It sure felt it, Just before the photo was taken we were talking about how the places were probably Iron smelting tunnels and that the side chambers were maybe used to fire pots using the heat from the main furnace [tunnel] when the wind was right and the furnace [tunnel] was in use, Then we had a very strange feeling, It felt as if we were only half right and that something else more spiritual was there as well, This is the moment that I took this photo.
I could also understand if people thought it was just camera shake, and only I know how still the camera was though the whole shot [It was propped still between two stones], I do love these fogou's down here.
