Dolerite just lying around, not actually sure what links these actual rocky outcrop/tors had with our ancestors but the wealth of rock exposures in the form of tors, low cliffs, crags and boulders in this nature reserve of Ty Canol provides a wide variety of habitats for plants, insects, mosses and animals.
