Walking up the trackway, it can be seen that the old farmhouse has been bought by new owners, who are not only making the farm into a very big house, but have also completely blocked off the GR footpath, with lots of private and no entry signs.
My best guess for the dolmen is that it is somewhere in the grounds of this house, and now fenced off from the public - the new owners not wanting anybod

Are the new owners English? LOL

It wouldn't surprise me. Seems there are more and more English buying up much of France, and thinking that they own it. It's a shame, as all our bad ways are being taken over there !

In the Hautes Pyrénées and the Gers not all the incoming Brits (or Dutch,German, Parisians) are bad, but yes, there are now too many, and there's increasing resentment..... The price of property is insane, and if you are earning local wages, you can't afford anything!

Every third car, seems to have an English number plate... Thank god though, it's not as bad as the Dordogne, where whole villages 'are British', with their own cricket teams even....

Take a look at this photo.
It really seems that the dolmen is in their garden.
