Description
This orthostat from Ggantija, now in the archaeological museum in Victoria, Gozo, has a carving of a snake along the edge.

I saw several of these in Galicia, Spain, Some were set into base stones, others had "cruciforms" or "dragon wings" carved into them at a later date, and almost all were attributed to a serpent-cult tribe.
