Re: First ever interior scan of Silbury Hill by baz on Sunday, 26 August 2001

Am I being too pessimistic about poor old Silbury Hill, or what?
They have filled the shaft with polystyrene and capped it with chalk.
Next comes the drilling machinery to drill four vertical holes. How deep?
The holes are formed in order to carry out a seismic survey.
Seismic isn`t sound, nor is it like a CAT scan.
A seism is an earthquake.
So after they`ve sent tremors through an unstable Silbury Hill, they`ll have a map of what`s left.
At the end of October.
Still, there will be all of winter to decide what to do next!

Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
