Re: The Great Goddess with three faces by Dudy on Friday, 03 November 2023

Hello together,

i would like to add the following material to the interesting article by Gjore Cenev :

In Germany and France, there has been a discussion among feminists in the social sciences for some time about the myth of matriarchy. The special thing about this is that feminists within the social sciences often present their results in the mode of negation and thus use a method that was first introduced by philosophers to circumvent the prohibitions of the Paris Syllabus of 1277. This in turn has recently led to various misunderstandings among the public when interpreting their results, because they did not realize that this was a compulsory exercise.

I think that the following collection of links could provide a suitable overview of the topic and would like to ask you for your opinion on it.

Reena Perschke : Das Motiv der "Dolmengöttin" - Zur Genese eines pseudo-neolithischen Göttinnenkultes. Online about : Prehistoric and ancient goddesses

Joan Bamberger : The Myth of Matriarchy : Why men rule in primitive society. Online about : The Myth of Matriarchy

Claudine Cohen : Femmes de la préhistoire. Online about : Venus von Lespugue, Grotte des Rideaux sowie : Femmes de la préhistoire

Meret Fehlmann : Das Matriarchat : Eine vermeintlich uralte Geschichte. Online about : Das Matriarchat

As well as in other disciplines without modus of negation :

Gerhard Bosinski : Femmes sans tête. Online about : Women without heads - dance of the hores

Petr Efimenko : Matériaux sur peuplement paléolithique de Kostienki I. Online about : The Venus of Kostienki

Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
