This is exciting! My folks live a matter of minutes from here, and when I get there and see those bumps, I feel reunited with the land of my youth (not that I appreciated the 'bumps' then). I recommend doing a bank barrow to bank barrow walk, west to east - takes about 5 to 6 hours allowing time for plenty of gawping at and investigating lots of stuff; also get a long linear view down onto Maiden Castle to the North. A great area, and worth celebrating. I'll get in touch with them, and see if my pics of the area can help in the project.
