From TheDruid-3X3: I was watching a YouTube Presentation that was a Tour of the Stanley Park Seawall when it came to Siwash Rock and the Presentation went into how the Natives Worshipped the Rock as a Monument to a Generous Man. Similar to Sumas Lightening Rock, their legends say that a man who was very generous was transformed by the gods into Siwash Rock.
