It really is something special up there and though I am a sceptical kind of guy I couldn't help noticing wierdness while in and around the cairns. There was a professional photographer there inside the cairn and he was having awful trouble getting his camera to focus when there was plenty of light to allow the autofocus to work, as I was chatting to him I checked mine but for some reason my camera would not let me move the focus point from the top middle position until I switched it off and back on again, it happened everytime even though the focus position lock wasn't on. The camera worked fine again when I was taking pictures on the way back down the hill. I was up there again this morning and oddly it was happening again. Dont know why this happened but it was very strange, the other photographer saw the trouble I was having too so make of that what you will...
