Hi Anon, Public paths can sometimes cross private land so there's no instant answer.
Your local County Council ought to have a register of public footpaths so you can check with them if there is one that the public have access to or not.
Unfortunately due to lockdown, so many people walking in the countryside and behaving inappropriately has led to some landowners trying to stop legitimate access.
