If you don't have the software you can visit the Zoom website beforehand and download some software. Go to https://zoom.us/download to find it. There are also apps for Apple and Android smartphones and tablets.
To make sure that everything is working properly, there's a test conference: https://zoom.us/test
If you go to the test conference link it will invite you to install the app if you don't have it.
