The stone was there long before any school was though, The standing stone should have always had it's own access, so it can be visited by everyone - anytime, as it is it's just another way to separate us from our heritage, i've been to visit it a couple of times in the school holidays, but to be honest if i want to visit my heritage whenever i like, i should be able to do so!!!
