I know, SumDood, which is why I put 'rock art' in brackets after it. There are around 17 rock art panels, all called Cairnholy, in the area. I think SCRAP chose to number them this way because if you started at 3, you would want to know where 1 and 2 are. 1 is the panel discovered in the 2nd chamber of Cairnholy 1 chambered cairn (the correct designation. In the Portal we seem to be using the shortened version - just Cairnholy- without the chambered cairn bit). The panel is now in Edinburgh museum.
