Others might already be aware of this source, but I was so thrilled to come across it that I wanted to share it! Especially when I saw the date of its publication - 13th February 1882!
Although its title refers to Cup Marks in Scotland, it also includes "...lists of the cup-marked stones known to exist in Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark; also tabular statements showing their geographical distribution, and the classes of monuments on which they occur, together with a complete list of the books and papers which have appeared from time to time upon the subject"
