Indeed, but this one is now only on a hill after the building of a new road. Until then it was on the edge of a flat-ish piece of open land. The land to the east of the circle has been dug away, used to create a bank to stop road noise from the new A4174 affecting nearby residents.
It's original position can be seen on an older OS map of the area. If you check the grid ref, the hill they stand on is not there... A local resident remebers a signpost "to the stones", but I've not found any doucumentary evidence to support this.
I too cannot believe they are older than a few years...
