The clue is in the alternative name - "Vestige du dolmen de Crozon, stèle commémoratif":

"This beautiful dolmen slab erected for a monument to the dead, comes from the dismantling of the dolmen from the town of Crozon" - T4T35.

"The supports are visible in rue du Général Lamorcière" - on either side of the road here on Street View:
