When I went to Syria, the real Syrians welcomed me with open arms and showed me their wonderful monuments with great pride.
What is Happening now makes me ashamed to be part of the human race.
I wish all monuments in Syrian and Iraq could be covered up in a sand pile so great it would take 100 years to dig out again. perhaps we might all be a little wiser by then.
