also, I think he missused the term 'Rap' as this form of music is heavily reliant on the language/lyrical content [language being precisely what Neandertals did not posses, in his own oppinion] perhaps he meant drum and base, that would have made more sense as it is full of 'primal' rythmic beats.
People constantly get musical genres mixed up when they don't take a particularly active interest in them.
