Following my principles of just working off my own observations I just added 9 years from when I first saw a minor standstill in 1996. I thought that the amount that the stones were now out was due to the 4000+ years.
I look forward to the chance to getting more accurate observations at Swinside, Castle Rigg and Stonehenge.
I urge everybody not to miss the chance as it will not come again for another 18+ years.
