I agree with postman : to me, this monument is called Mein Hirion. Llanfechell is the name of the nearby village.
And, without trying to split the hair, the very exact position (why not being exact) is : 53.396585, -4.462026 (you clearly see the 3 menhirs on Google Maps or equivalent).
