Very unfriendly feeling here now (early October 2013). Much 'improvement' work on houses nearby, the coastal path has been diverted away from the area, lots of barbed wire and large PRIVATE signs everywhere, barking dogs. No apparent means of access without trespass, nobody around to ask. Sad. AND my photographs didn't come out at all well! So not a happy visit.
