Re: Lady's Well (Holystone) by Foggyd on Monday, 09 April 2012

Just visited this site again today, grew up near here as a child, it has a lovely peaceful ambience with a natural identity and presence.... The heritage and the visible spring use for the village was brilliant to see, and the water from the brook tasted better than Evian..... the public footpaths surrounding the well were brilliant to view the roman road and get a sense of how the holy well evolved ........ long may it continue to be accessible to the layman :)

Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
