It is proposed to refurbish the Well, by constructing a new improved cover of steelwork; in the form of a cage. The cage would be designed tastefully so as not to make the appearance to appear gaunt and uninteresting. When the cage is complete, the Well can be refurbished, and reconstructed to its former appearance in 1991; when it was demolished for the sake of safety, by BRISTOL CITY Council.
