Contact with 12-- centuary-- prince-- madoc ??, yeahhh right, and contact with any other caucasian peoples that you happen to think of. All these, tales about, pre-columbus european expeditions, reaching the Americas, are just that, tales. (not talking about the vikings, with repect, they couldn't handle the natives of this knew land anyway!)
There just isn't any hard evidence...or, any evidence at all!!! [Most] of the researchers involved, not just with this article, but with other native american Paleontology are usually white and have a self serving agenda. They have obviously no respect for the native indiginous peoples of America, becouse if they did, they wouldn't be so obsessed with wiping out their (the native americans) culture -- and in a very sneeky way, even making a clame to the history of the land of America by implying that white europeans have ancient ancestral ties, going way back.
If these "researchers" want to be taken seriously they should stop making guesses based on thier own racist hopes and dreams, and bring good [honest] Archaeological evidence to the table.
We have more evidence to show that people from west Africa made early contact with the Americas, and went on to become the Olmec civillisation. At least they left behind, writing, sculptures and other traditions, that all point to a link with west Africa.
I dont think many of these researchers are pure native American, are they?
Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
