The Camp is easy to find in between Soudley Primary School and Soudley Ponds just W of the Dean Heritage Centre but it is smothered with bracken which is a disappointment - if that was cleared the strategic positioning of the Camp would be much better recognised overseeing the meeting of three valleys in the heart of the Forest of Dean
