Let's show TARMAC why we want to keep the henges as they are - so we can use them as they have been used for thousands of years - a meeting place - a place of celebration and a place of thanks.
I find it very comforting to know that our ancient sites all over Britain are still being used for some of the purposes they were created for. I regularly arrange drumming sessions up on Stanton Moor at the Nine Ladies which are always special and the stones always make us feel very welcome. Keep them alive !!
The whole concept of visiting and using ancient sites without causing any damage or litter is very important. I spend a lot of time clearing up at the Ladies as almost every other visitor feels compelled to leave litter. Their time will come . . .
