The Senior Press Officer at the Countryside Alliance had this to say:
"I can indeed confirm that we have already publicly condemned ALL activity
carried out by the RCA, which we believe to be anti-social, counter
productive and in some cases just plain dangerous. Our position on their
activity is very clear and you can hear the comments of our Chairman about
the RCA on a special web cast on our web site
(www.countryside-alliance.org).
We are already assisting the police in the apprehension of those who have
carried out acts of vandalism by passing on to them any information we
have - which is sadly not that much. We do hope however that these people
are caught and prosecuted at the earliest possible time."
