I agree Tim, and the NT just have 'Middle class' through them like seaside rock. Prepare to be tutted at if you take small children to some of their tearooms in Surrey. It's the clientele not the NT themselves mind you, they are making an effort in some areas.
This bit about merging EH with the Historic Royal Palaces agency, and the Royal Parks Agency sounds reasonable to me though. Far too many quangos around.
