Isn't it time that the term "Celtic" was discarded when referring to the Iron Age people of Britain? They were Britons - the Romans didn't call them Celts, they didn't call themselves Celts and no one did until Edward Lluyd in 1707. Soon after, all the bogus Celtic/Druidic nonsense gathered momentum which it still enjoys. The real Celts were centred around land to the north of the Alps around 800-600 BC. They were called the Keltoi by the neighbouring Greeks.
