The New England Antiquities Research Association has posted a paper with photographs by Tom Paul on his finds. (archive link) The features he describes vary widely from piled rock features, to natural stones, to natural stones cited by Paul as having been altered.
Detailed survey information is not included, and the text seldom specifies if the sites shown are directly on the line, although all are implied to be. The line in his paper I found least convincing was, "The line does not seem to be a set width; it appears to vary in width."
It seems highly likely to me that many of the individual features are man made and predate European contact. There is ample evidence for solar, and even stellar, alignments associated with American sites. However, as New England has substantial numbers of stone sites and piled rock, I believe it's more likely than not that this particular alignment postulated Tom Paul is the product of statistical chance. Time will probably tell.
