As an Australian who visits the Uk, Scotland & Wales whenever he can, I can only say that, I hope they throw the book at him. He deserved whatever punishment he gets. We don't have the history that you guys have, so when you have to travel half way around the world to see your passion, you don't want to find them covered in Yellow Paint. I have visited the stones in question, and think they are brilliant, especially the ancient Lichen's that grow on them.
