I was shortlisted to go on the original expedition but had to back out due to work. Graham Hancock appeared to be the prime mover in it. However at the interview (with SES) I was told that there was speculation that the site was Roman. I've never found out more about this. The episode eventually led to me quitting my job and left a very bad taste in my mouth about the way I was treated so I have tried to blank it from my mind ever since.
Good luck to them all though and I hope they find something.
