It took 5000 years to find and they have a month or 2 to explore it. Declare it a monument and take the building site elsewhere. Thousands of arrowheads found makes this site worthy of much further exploration and much more time needed to be spent on it. How many sites are like this in Colorado? The answer is 0. We have a park for the Sand Creek Massacre, this predates any of that by more than 4500 years. Sorry builders, move down the road.
