What is being destroyed is there history.
When things start to settle down what will they have left.
I dont know much about ancient sites in the middle east but some places could be special to the people of iraq and having them destroyed like this might not make them exactly very happy.
Why worry about a little bit of brick and pot?For all we know it might matter a lot to iraqi's.
