if the tunnel is built our ancestors will be LITERALLY turning in their graves....YES-remove all roads from sight of henge (better still-the whole heritage site-they wouldn't build a tunnel under/near the Pyramids or the Tah Mahal) but NO to the tunnel...cars will possibly (hopefully-at least the air-polluting ones) be obsolete in 100 years or so anyway...what then? Fill it all in again? NO tunnel-No Road...joe public
