Bronze Age burial mound in spectacular location next to beacon tower built around 1328 and originally part of an oratory building, the earthwork remains of which can be clearly seen on site. There is also a medieval lime kiln nearby as well as an unfinished lighthouse from 1785. There is at least one other barrow along the ridge to the north of the oratory.
