This is hard for anyone with any sense to believe, but it seems that those responsible want to take DNA from the "current residents"- to find out "If there are any descendants" of native Americans that lived in the area before the Colonial contact period , Since the Shawnee were living there since the 1600's, they are referring to an unknown people at least from the 1400's or earlier, Talk about spitting into the wind, Are these morons actually going to believe they have found the one or more possible persons to have matching DNA ??? It sounds more like a stupid delaying tactic in reburial of these ancient peoples remains, and no one will notice- HAH.
