as a frequent visiter to this site over many year i was absolutely amazed to find this roman well.i have spent many a happy day inside this dolmen standing directly over well.it seems it was onlt rediscovered in the past couple of years.could i be right in saying this is unique anywhere in europe.since seeing this i,ve yet to find any other examples in any of the standard books on subject.also the allinement of the passage way looking towards the head shaped mountain make this a most see site.its the oldest 4000bc,the largest in iberia, only dolmen with spirals carved, the roman well...the site stands on a hill side at a high level above water table.not a practible place...i highly recommend this site.also in area is cueva de pilates, amazing paleolithic art,el torcal an incredible limestone formation...lots of luck dan beattie
