My partner and I made the climb from the Mortimer Forest trail and it was well worth the effort we were there in May 2008 and were lucky enough to be there at a time when it was probably at it's best . There were many varieties of wild flower growing on the top, the colours intermingling with the varied shades of green were an artists dream I only wish I could paint. We will most certainly make a return visit in spring 2009.
