I was stationed on San Nick for approx 18 months 1959-1961.
It was a strange place ,lots of artifact which would appear on the surface of the island after storms. I once found what I thought was a timber from a very old sailing ship ( not 12,000 years old) inbeded in the rocks at the south west end of the island; I reported this to the Santa Barbara museum and never received a reply.
Gald to see evidence showing up to suport non Clovis first theroy. H
