Amazing site with a variety of monuments: two stone circles adjacent to one another, a wedge tomb, a possible second wedge tomb, a court tomb, and other structures whose purpose is still unclear. Both stone circles show one stone with white quartz crystals, probably indicating a significant direction. The cairn shows two stones which underwent shaping: one with characteristic point, the other with rounded "shoulders." The position allows a broad view to the surrounding countryside and may have been strategically significant. Surrounded by pastures, the site is now covered with bog, but at one time must have been habitable. Lots to see, explore and imagine, relatively isolated and unspoiled.

Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
