That makes sense. Although how many buses and when could be worked out in the light of experience I suppose.
I would hope there would be absolutely no need for queus for buses though since if the bus fare was part of the entry fee - and a fiver would seem reasonable - even English Heritage would find it hard not to see investing in sufficient buses would make them money!
